I listened this morning to the BYU Forum speech by J. Michael Pinegar given on May 21, 2013. He based his speech on the following quote by Warren Buffet although he substituted the word "initiative" for high energy level. These three qualities are what we will look for when hiring Esperanza people.
I look for three things in hiring people. The first is personal integrity, the second is intelligence, and the third is a high energy level. But if you don't have the first, the other two will kill you.
